Great Lakes Timber Log Oval Coffee Table — hand-hewn Northern White Cedar with a smooth oval tabletop and cedar log legs. Four finish options: Unfinished, Clear, Grizzly, and Panda. SKU: 103-HH-RS (varies by finish).
Northern White Cedar is hand-hewn — each log shaped with a chisel to create the characteristic faceted surface texture, then sanded smooth at the edges. Mortise and tenon joinery connects the log legs to the frame — a traditional timber technique that locks the structure together without relying on hardware alone. The oval top eliminates the sharp corners of a standard rectangular table, giving the piece a softer profile that works in tighter living room arrangements. The cedar log legs carry the same hand-hewn texture as the bedroom collection, making this piece a natural match across rooms. Grizzly is a proprietary dark brown stain; Panda pairs Grizzly on the frame with Clear on the tabletop.
