The frame is solid Northern White Cedar throughout — the same naturally rot and insect resistant wood Lakeland Mills has been working with in Edmore, Michigan since 1923. Unfinished cedar has a natural cream and vanilla tone that develops its own patina over time. The finished options — Clear, Light Honey, and Vintage Whiskey — are applied at the factory and provide a more consistent, lasting surface with your preferred depth of color.
