This 20-Year Residential Warranty covers any residential purchases of our High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) furniture and is intended to give you peace of mind as you enjoy your product for years to come.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers any defects in materials or workmanshiop for a period of twenty (20) years from the date of purchase, under normal residential use and proper care.  Our HDPE furniture is built to withstand outdoor conditions, and this warranty assures you that the furniture:

• Will not crack, rot, splinter, or suffer from structural failure due to environmental exposure
• Will remain resistant to fading, discoloration, and damage from exposure to sunlight, weather, and moisture.
• Will not be compromised by common outdoor elements such as salt spray, mildew, or other nautral outdoor occurrences.

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover the following:

• Wear & Tear: Normal wear and tear such as scratches, scuffs, and fading due to normal usage or natural aging of the product.
• Improper Use or Care:  Damage caused by improper use, neglect, misuse, or failure to follow proper care and maintenance guidelines.
• Accidents or Modifications:  damage caused by accidents, unauthorized alterations, repairs, or modifications of the product.
• Non-Residential Use:  This warranty does not cover furniture used in commercial settings or any other non-residential applications.
• Cushions & Fabric Components:  Cushions, upholstery, and other non-HDPE parts are not covered under this warranty.
• Acts of Nature:  Damage caused by fire, flooding, hurricanes, earthquakes, or other acts of nature.
