The B27KD is the 5-foot version of the American Garden Yard Swing — the same Cedar Looks log-look construction, the same freestanding A-frame, just a foot wider. That extra foot matters more than it sounds. Two adults on a 4-foot swing are sitting next to each other; two adults on a 5-foot swing have actual room. Some people also put three on this one when the occasion calls for it.
The A-frame stand is included, so no porch ceiling or tree limb required. You pick the spot in the yard, set it up, and it's done. The Cedar Looks rounded log frame carries the same warm tones and textured profile as the rest of the outdoor furniture line — this isn't a plastic-framed garden swing that ages badly, it's a piece with the visual weight of log furniture.
Why This Instead of the B26KD?
The B26KD is the 4-foot version at $555. If two adults will be the primary users and elbow room matters to either of them, the B27KD is the right upgrade. If space is tighter, or you're mostly using it solo, the 4-foot version is plenty. The difference is comfort at the margins — the B27KD gives you more of it.
