Cedar Looks Log 4ft Porch Swing
UPC: 02616-5
The porch swing is one of those things people always mean to get around to. The B26P is what you get when you're finally doing it. It's a 4-foot Cedar Looks log porch swing — the classic overhead-hanging kind — built with the same rounded log-look construction as the rest of the outdoor furniture line. Hang it from a porch ceiling, a pergola, or any covered structure with the right overhead clearance, and you have the thing people actually want when they picture a porch.
Chain is included. The 4-foot width fits two adults with room to settle in. The Cedar Looks frame carries the log-style profile — rounded ends, warm tones, textured surface — that distinguishes this from the flat-board construction of a typical pine porch swing.
Why This Instead of…
Standard wooden porch swings are often made from flat-sawn pine or cedar boards — functional, but without much character. This one has the log-furniture look: the rounded joinery, the heavier visual weight, the kind of rustic detail that suits a cabin porch or a house that takes its outdoor spaces seriously.
If you don't have a covered structure to hang it from and need something freestanding, the B26KD (yard swing with A-frame) is the right call instead. The B26P requires an overhead mounting point — it's a porch swing, not a yard swing. For the same swing in a complete yard package, look at B26KD. For the porch-hanging setup, this is it.
Metal and wicker porch swings have their place, but they read as patio furniture. A log porch swing reads as something more permanent — like it belongs to the house, not just parked near it.
Installation Notes
The B26P needs a solid overhead mounting point rated for dynamic load — ceiling joists, a structural beam, or purpose-built swing hanger hardware. Chain and hooks are included. If you're mounting to a porch ceiling, make sure you're hitting the joists, not just the boards. A 4-foot clearance above the seat is recommended for comfortable swing motion.
